Hello Honor Choir Families!

We hope you had a wonderful break and are well rested. Tomorrow we start back into rehearsals for My Son Pinocchio. I am happy to say that Kara has the tickets ready to sell. To help the students have an amazing experience we are asking everyone to please help sell tickets. Remember, all the money from the tickets goes right back into choir. It helps to pay for special Choreographers, cast parties, Disney trips, props, uniforms, and many other things that helps make this program so successful!

So here is how you can get tickets to sell:

1. Order your tickets on the website and Kara Boggs will have them ready for you at rehearsals, remember you can send family and friends to the website: http://hickmanhonorchoir.org/ and they can reserve tickets to pick up at the door.
2. Call or text Kara 988-5200 and she will have your tickets ready for you at the next rehearsal, or
3. Talk to Kara at the rehearsals. She is there every rehearsal, just look for her purple box of tickets

Starting NOW, Kara will be at practice ready to hand out tickets.  Come back as many times as you need and get more tickets =) We have tickets to sell for Friday, January 19 @ 6pm, Friday, January 19 @ 7:30pm, and Saturday, January 20 @ 11:00am. There are 300 tickets for each show! You do not have to pay for the tickets up front, but we do ask that you have all money and unsold tickets returned to Kara be Monday, January 15.  We will need to account for every ticket so please have them back to her on time.

This year lets make it our goal to have three sold out shows! It is great to look out into the audiences and see all the seats filled. It gives the kids a sense of accomplishment. They get excited and happy to see all their friends, family, coaches, neighbors, and teachers watching them.

Even if you can’t sell many tickets, it would be a great help if you could promote the production by hanging up flyer and passing them out. To help with promoting the ticket sales here are the flyers: My Son Pinocchio Quarter Sheets and My Son Pinocchio Full Sheet

Dear Honor Choir Families,
Invoices are almost complete and ready to be sent out. In order to calculate the remaining balance, we need the total amount of tickets and which day passes each family needs. Please include your students in the total needed. For example, if I had a family of 5 with two choir students, and we were going for 3 days, I would say “Our family needs 5 three day passes.” The invoice will show a credit for the two students, and the deposit. You will then be able to see the amount owed in January. Please email Ruth directly at govnor2u@gmail.com by Saturday, December 9.

Good Afternoon Honor Choir Families,

After looking over the cast list and rehearsal schedule, we wanted to let you know of a few changes.

• There have been some minor changes in the cast list. If your character has been changed in any way, you would have already received an email explaining the changes. Here is the Updated Pinocchio Cast List (HC)
• If you are a Deliquent Kids/Roustabout, you do not need to come to the R4 rehearsal. Only Malvolio, Brutto, and Sporco need to come to the R4 rehearsal.

We also want to invite you to please sign up for reminders. This will help you see any last minute updates or reminders. Please text @ge9agh to 81010.

Lastly, the website calendar has been updated with My Son Pinocchio rehearsal schedule. Remember, you can subscribe to it via following the directions on the website (hickmanhonorchoir.org). To find the directions, go to the parents page (at the bottom of the page, password: honor) click on calendar then find the sidebar that shows which device you want to subscribe with. Please note that Samsung uses the android version.
